We collect information from job candidates ("Candidates") when they apply for any open positions we publish via email via LinkedIn or other means. To avoid doubt, all Non-Personal Information connected or linked with any Personal Information shall be considered Personal Information as long as such connection or linking exists.   Wordsline, our affiliates and service providers authorized in the United States, Israel, and the United Kingdom, will keep, process, and store information about the Users. We may also store the data in secure cloud storage provided by our third-party service provider. Although the data protection laws in these jurisdictions might be different from the laws in your home or place, the Company and its affiliates and service provider partners that store or process Personal Information for the Company is committed to keeping it secure and protected, according to this Privacy Policy, industry standards, and any other legal requirements that may be applicable in their respective jurisdictions. By accepting the overhead storage and transfer conditions, you agree to them.
• Third-Party Non-Personal Information and Personal Information
  Wordsline represents and warrants that you will not disclose or make available any personal information about third parties. You must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your users, including privacy or data protection laws. Each website and/or mobile app must contain a privacy policy. It should: (a) disclose third-party technology and data collection and usage results from the Tracker and Services. (b) include a prominent live link to an opt-out site that allows the End User to opt-out of interest-based advertising through Tracker and Services. (c) comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including anti-spam. Wordsline will receive a copy of your privacy policy about the provision and use of the Services.
• Information sharing with third parties
  Wordsline will not share your Personal Information with any third party (or give them access to it in any other way) except as described below.
  • Wordsline has partnered up with selected service providers whose solutions and services complement, facilitate, and enhance ours. These include hosting and server service, data, and cyber security, web analytics, session record, email distribution, monitoring, and our business, legal, and financial advisors (collectively "Third Party Services"). These third party Services could receive or otherwise, have accessed our Users' Personal Data depending on their specific roles and purposes in facilitating, enhancing, and maintaining our Services and business. They may not use it except for these purposes. Wordsline is responsible for Personal Information processed by Third Party Services for its Users, except in cases beyond its control.

These technologies are used to improve the user experience and maintain our services on an ongoing basis.
